It all started in front of a stove I wasn’t allowed to touch.

As a child, I silently watched two worlds dancing between pots and stories: my grandfather’s Italy, made of slow gestures and deep respect for tradition, and my grandmother’s northern Brazil, bursting with scents, colors, and flavors.

Today, those lessons live in every dish I create they’re memories that still smell like home. Because cooking, before it’s a skill, is memory.”
